Marcos Maidana rejects claims he bit Floyd Mayweather Jr

WBA and WBC welterweight champion Mayweather elongated his professional record to 47-0 with a unanimous decision at the MGM Grand.
But the American's win was tinged in controversy after differing accounts emerged of what transpired in the eighth round when the duo had a converging.
Maidana was bent forward as the dyad grappled and Mayweather's left glove was pressed against the Argentinian's face.
"He bit my fingers, so my hand was numb," verbalized Mayweather.
But Maidana hit back at the slur, as he verbalized: "I kept my game plan but Floyd was holding and pushing and the referee only penalized me.
"I did not bite him in the eighth round. Maybe they cerebrate I'm a canine. I never bit him.
"He was rubbing my ocular perceivers with his glove. He had his glove right on my mouth but I did not bite him."
Next up for Mayweather could be a long-awaited showdown with Manny Pacquiao.
Mayweather verbalized: "If the Pacquiao fight presents itself let's make it transpire."
